Photographer

We are seeking individuals ready to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Our customers are not required to take pictures; we approach them and they accept or decline the offer. The more groups you can stop will yield higher results in pictures taken and pictures sold. We have booths with salespeople that will sell the pictures you take. We are looking for those that have high social energy and are adaptable to different customer’s needs. Camera experience is not needed and DLSR cameras are provided for you.   • Ability to stand for the duration of your shift, with some of our venues offering limited shade. You should have a nice outdoor hat and water bottle. We provide water and sunscreen.
  • Ability to greet various groups as they enter the venue, which may require you moving around in a controlled area.
  • You can put a camera (about 2lbs) around your neck or wrist with the provided safety strap.
  • Ability to take at least 50 photos per hour and being able to take between 2-5 pictures of each group stopped.
  • You bring a sense of urgency, an eye for detail, a willingness to stay motivated, and ability to accept constructive criticism on things like photo quality and customer interactions.
  • $13.00/hr base rate + commission
    • $1 raise after three completed events
    • Room for advancement up to $17/hr as an Assistant Manager
  • Flat rate for every photo sold
    • Daily bonuses from $20-$100 based on amount of photos sold
    • (this is on top of the flat rate for every photo sold)
  • END OF EVENT BONUSES
    • Flat rate x every hour worked during the event
    • Late to your shift/shifts missed may affect bonus
